About the Authors

Michael A. Eizenga, B.A., Th.M., M.A., LL.B., of the Ontario Bar, is a partner at the firm of Siskind, Cromarty, Ivey & Dowler in London, Ontario. A recognized authority in the area of class actions, he has written and lectured extensively on the subject and has taught as an adjunct professor at the University of Western Ontario Faculty of Law.

Michael J. Peerless, B.A., LL.B., of the Ontario Bar, is a partner at Siskind, Cromarty, Ivey & Dowler. A member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Ontario Trail Lawyers Association, he has written and lectured on class actions and product liability law.

Charles M. Wright, B.A., B.S., LL.B., of the Ontario Bar, is a lawyer at Siskind, Cromarty, Ivey & Dowler where he practises primarily in medical malpractice, product liability and class action litigation. Wright is a frequent lecturer on class actions in Canada. He has spoken extensively on product liability pertaining to breast implants.
