In October 2011, Siskinds LLP filed a proposed class action in Ontario against Zungui Haixi Corporation (“ZUN”), ZUN’s senior officers and directors, ZUN’s auditors, Ernst & Young LLP and the underwriters in the December 2009 initial offering of ZUN’s common shares.
