Graco TurboBooster Child Car Seats
A class action was commenced by Siskinds LLP on January 5, 2012 against Graco Children’s Products Inc. and related entities regarding its TurboBooster seats manufactured and sold in Canada.
The Statement of Claim alleges that TurboBooster child car seats manufactured prior to late 2007 or early 2008 have a common design defect that can result in a serious safety risk to the child using the seat in the event of a crash. Millions of these TurboBooster child car seats have been sold to North American consumers, many of which are still in use today.
