This action relates to allegations that the Defendant, CertainTeed Corporation (“CertainTeed”), manufactured, marketed and sold in Canada organic asphalt roofing shingles that were defective and prone to premature failure. The shingles were manufactured from July 1, 1987 through 2005 and were sold under various brand names
