The Settlement Agreement was approved by the Courts in Ontario, British Columbia and Québec in late 2008, and also approved the publication of the following notice to class members: [English] [French].
As the notice discloses, in order to be eligible to receive compensation from the Settlement class members must submit a Claim Form and any supporting documentation to the Claims Administrator on or before June 1, 2009 at 5:00 p.m. ET. Those class members who do not wish to participate in the Settlement must opt out on or before February 5, 2009 at 5:00 p.m. ET.
