Phoenix Financial Class Action
On October 16, 2008, the Ontario Superior Court made the following orders:
1. It approved a settlement reached between the plaintiffs and Niddrie and Associates Inc. For a copy of the settlement approval order, click here.
2. It approved a settlement reached between the plaintiffs and IPO Capital Corp. For a copy of the settlement approval order, click here.
3. It certified the action as a class proceeding against the remaining defendants, and required that notice be given to all class members of the certification and the settlements.
