Entran II Hose

Siskinds was counsel in an action with respect to defective Entran II hose. The product was used in radiant heating and snow melting systems. On November 2, 2004, Justice Winkler approved a settlement the value of which exceeds US$300 million. The deadline for filing a Claim Form was November 2, 2009. The claims period is now closed and all funds have been distributed. You were a class member if you owned property in Canada and Entran II hose made by Goodyear was or is used for a radiant heating system on the property.
