CHISSO - Sorbates
In 2001 a settlement was reached with all of the defendants, with the exception of Chisso Corporation with respect to price fixing of sorbates, potassium sorbate and sorbic acid. That settlement has now been concluded and all claims paid. In October, 2003, a settlement was reached with Chisso Corporation.
The deadline to file a claim was June 11, 2004. This settlement has concluded and all claims have been paid.
