    Static Random Access Memory ("SRAM")
This class action alleges that the Defendants unlawfully conspired to fix, increase, and/or maintain prices at which SRAM or products containing SRAM were sold in Canada.

The plaintiff alleges that from at least January 1, 1998 to December 31, 2005, the defendants and their senior executives participated in illegal and secretive meetings and made agreements relating to price targets, specific price increases, market share divisions and production capacity for SRAM.

SRAM is a type of memory. SRAM is used on the motherboards of computers, cellular telephones and other handheld devices and in game consoles.
