During this time frame, our team was counsel on the Breast Implant Settlements with Bristol Myers, Baxter Healthcare and Dow Corning Corporation totalling in excess of $40 Million. Registration deadlines for all implant settlements in Canada are closed. In order to be eligible to file a claim, a person had to have registered prior to the deadline dates set for each individual settlement.
