Smith et al v. The Corporation of the Municipality of Brockton, et al
A settlement was reached for residents and non-residents of Walkerton, Ontario who were affected by the e-coli outbreak in the water system in May, 2000.
The deadline to register, by filing a Stage 1 Application, was January 2, 2002.
